Frank Spencer

FRANK SPENCER, age 80, of Lewisburg, Ohio passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2003 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. Born on April 4, 1923 in Jackson, Kentucky, he was the Son of the late Sheldon & Minta (Rowe) Spencer. Served in the US Coast Guard during World War II. Retired in 1979 from General Motors Frigidare after 30 years of service. Attended the Verona United Methodist Church and Twin Creek Chapel. Preceded in death by two Brothers and seven Sisters.

Survived by his loving Wife of 55 years: Virginia (Horseman) Spencer. Sons & Daughters-In-Law: Dennis & Dee Spencer of Boulder, Colorado and Kevin & Billie Spencer of Lewisburg, Ohio. Daughter & Son-In-Law: Nancy & Mike Brobeck of Fountain City, Indiana. Brother: Harlan Spencer of Middletown, Ohio. Sisters: Juanita Martin of Stanton, Kentucky and Louella Howard of Franklin, Ohio. Six Grandchildren: Janey Brown, Noah Spencer, Tony Spencer, Andy Spencer, Dustin Spencer, and Rae Attwaters. Four Great Grandchildren: Maylin Brown, Jesse Brown, Joel Brown, Ryland Wetzel.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 29, 2003 at 10:30 A.M. at Barnes Funeral Home - 411 North Commerce Street - Lewisburg, Ohio with Rev. Bill Schilling and Rev. Craig Brown officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 28, 2003 from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Royal Oak Masoleum in Brookville, Ohio.
