Frank Mayes, Jr.

Frank Mayes, Jr. age 79 of Eaton, Ohio died Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at Heartland of Eaton. Born on January 13, 1928 in Knoxville, TN, he was the son of the late Frank & Alice (Viars) Mayes and raised by his mother and step father Hairm Schoonover. Frank has lived in Preble County since 1988.

Survived by cousin: Fiona R. & Charles L. Hall of Somerville, OH; Second cousins: Melanie & Mark Berry of Toledo, OH and Shaun Gibbs of Middletown, OH.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 6, 2007 - 12:00 PM at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio 45320 with Rev. Wes Brubaker officiating. Interment will be held in Woodhill Cemetery in Franklin, OH. Family will receive friends on Friday, July 6, 2007 from 10:00 to 12:00 PM at the funeral home.
