ELSIE E. TURNER, age 80, of West Alexandria, Ohio died Thursday, May 20, 2004 at Maria Joseph Living Care Center in Dayton, Ohio. Born on September 2, 1923 in Hazard, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Ben & Ellen (Spicer) Elkins. She was a private home care provider. Preceded in death by Husband: Tom Turner in 1981.

Survived by Daughters: Gerri Creech, Dayton, Ohio and Shirley Blair of Ohio; Son: Cecil Blair, Lebanon Junction, Kentucky. 9 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. (Ohio Time) Monday, May 24, 2004 at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main Street - Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Tom Vorhis officiating. Interment will be held in Arlington Cemetery, Brookville, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. (Ohio Time) on Monday, May 24, 2004 at the funeral home.
