Effie Lee Clopper, age 52 of New Paris, OH, died on Monday December 15, 2014 at her residence. Born on May 16, 1962 in Dayton, OH she was the daughter of the late Archie & Rhoda Osborne Caudill.

Survived by her sons: Dale Letner of New Paris, OH and Bryant Letner of West Alexandria, OH; sisters: Edna F. Stiner of West Alexandria, OH; Dera Lease Jackson of Myrtle Beach, FL; Kathy Caudill of Eaton, OH and Sharon Rice of New Lebanon, OH.
