Edith Gregory

EDITH GREGORY, age 87, of Cocoa, FL and formerly of Gratis Twp., Preble County, OH, died Sunday, October17, 2010 in Cocoa, FL. Born on November 16, 1922 in Pineville, KY, she was the daughter of the late William & Martha (Wagers) Rhodes. She attended the College Park Church of God in Cocoa, FL, Life Member of the Chuck Cain VFW Post Aux in Overpeck, OH.

Preceded in death by her First Husband: Charles Cain in 1944, Second Husband: John Milton Gregory, Sr. in 1993; Son: Paul Franklin Gregory in 1987, 1 Granddaughter, 1 Grandson, 6 Brothers and 5 Sisters.

Survived by Sons: Cash Edward (Linda) Cain, Port St. John, FL, John Milton Gregory, Jr., and George Russell Gregory, both of Cocoa, FL, William Brent (Kim) Gregory and Vernor Delbert Gregory, both of Middletown, OH; Daughters: Alice Marie Deaton, Middletown, OH, Martha Ellen (Robert) Murphy, Cincinnati, OH, Mary Margaret Crank, Camden, OH, Belleen Marie Stacy, Smith Grove, KY. 27 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 25, 2010 at Nein – Barnes Funeral Home, 249 N. Main St., Camden, OH with Pastor Keith Risner officiating. Interment will be held in Fairmound Cemetery in West Elkton, OH. Family will receive friends on Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
