DONALD E. WRIGHT, 80, of Lewisburg, OH, died Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Cypress Pointe Health Campus in Englewood, OH. Born on March 18, 1932 in Brookville, OH, he was the son of the late Leroy James & Margaret Mary (Stump) Wright. Don had worked at Frigidaire and GM in Dayton and retired in 1994 from the Village of Lewisburg. He was a 1951 graduate of Lewisburg-Union High School, served in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korean Conflict and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lewisburg.

Preceded in death by Son: Thomas Eugene Wright; Sisters: Betty Wright, Margaret Clay, Lucille Cummins Kesler and Ida C. Warner; Brothers: Richard, Robert, Orlan J. and Waldo Wright.

Survived by Wife of 58 years: Jeanette (Bennett) Wright; Daughter: Debra Ann (David) Marker, West Alexandria, OH; Sons: Donald E. (Elizabeth) Wright, Jr., Lewisburg, OH and Jeffrey Allan (Tina) Wright, Rochester, IN; Brothers: Larry B. Wright, Lewisburg, OH and Walter "Fred" Wright, Huber Heights, OH; Sister: Georgianna Harris Hemmelgarn, Lewisburg, OH; Grandchildren: Donald E. (Lacey) Wright, Amber (Danny) Weaver, Megan (Shawn) Meinert, Eric (Amber) Wright, David Marker, Kacie (Aaron) Zolman, Ben and Molly Wright; Great Grandchildren: Noah, Jackson, Campbell and Lexi. Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 27, 2012 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 511 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH with Pastor Brent L. Cavendish officiating. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg. Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 26 from 4 – 7 p.m. at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH.
