David A. Medearis

David A. Medearis, age 66, of Glendale, Arizona and formerly of Eaton, Ohio died Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at his residence. Born on June 22, 1937 in Richmond, Indiana. He was a 1955 Centerville, Indiana High School graduate and had played Industrial League Basketball for Wayne Dairy and The Eaton Merchants. We'll miss you #35. He had also coached youth basketball, baseball and football. Preceded in death by his parents: Gerald, Thelma Blakely and Edna Medearis.

Survived by his Wife of 32 years: Faye E. (Raymond) Medearis, Daughters & Sons-In-Law: Lynne & Chuck Molla, Roxanne & Paul Wilson, Robin & John Dyckson, Renee' Medearis; Sons & Daughters-In-Law: Mark & Donna Medearis, Dean & Doreen Medearis and David K. Medearis. Brothers & Sister-In-Law: Kem B. & Emily Medearis of Eaton, Ohio and Terry Moelk of Anderson, Ind.; Sister & Brother-In-Law: Carol & Don DeBerti of Billings, Montana; 8 Grandchildren, other family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, September 16, 2003 - 11:00 A.M. (Ohio Time) at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main Street - Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Wayne D. Morrison officiating. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. (Ohio Time) at Crown Hill Cemetery in Centerville, Indiana. Family will receive friends on Monday September 15, 2003 - 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. (Ohio Time) at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of choice.
