Daniel Dean Barker, age 47, of New Paris, Ohio, died Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at his residence. Born on February 17, 1965 in Dayton, Ohio he was the son of Jack & Jo Ann (Hensley) Barker. Member of the 228 club in Richmond, Indiana and the Eaton Group in Ohio. Former Member of Dayton Believers TEAM of the Motorcyclists for Jesus Ministries. Dean was an avid pool player. He was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Preceded in death by his father, Jack Barker in 1984; aunt, Virginia L. Rinehart in 2011.

Survived by mother & step-father: Jo Ann & Virgil Cheatham of New Paris, Ohio; brothers & sister-in-law, Charles Robert & Tamiko Barker of Eaton, Ohio and Steven Barker of Lima, Ohio; half-brothers, Jackie Barker and Michael Wells; half-sister, Chrissy "Cricket" Cheatham; children, Rondall, Beth and Cameron; three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, October 8, 2012 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio 45320 with Pastor Walter Carlos Landerer-Sañto officiating. Interment will be in Preble Memory Gardens in West Alexandria, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Monday from 11:00 to 1:00 PM at the funeral home in Eaton.
