Daniel Alfred “Dan” Moore, age 75, formerly of Eaton, OH and of Danville, KY, died, Friday, July 27, 2018. Born on August 12, 1942 in Columbus, OH, son of the late Clifford Patton & Nora Lee (Daniel) Moore. Dan was a Journeyman Power Lineman with DP&L for 3 years and had worked for the City of Hamilton for 21 years before retirement. He enjoyed bass fishing and repairing bicycles in his spare time. Member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Member of the Church of Christ in Eaton, OH. Member of the Masonic Temple, Bolivar Lodge in Eaton, OH and a Past Master in 1984. Member of the Monitor Lodge, Sailor Park in Cincinnati, OH. Dan proudly served in the US Air Force from 1961 to 1965.

Preceded by his Wife of 32 years: Connie Lee Moore in 2017. 

Survived by his Daughters: Lori Moore, Becky (Harley) Taylor, Lisa Lewis and one son Greg (Claudia) Moore. He was a proud grandfather of 9 and a great grandfather of 14. Brother, Robert (Karol) Moore; Sister, Linda (Arley) Kirkpatrick; Friend: Howard Poffinbarger.      

Private Graveside Services will be held at the Convenience of the Family with Rev. Paul Nichols officiating. Inurnment will be held at Fairmound Cemetery in West Elkton, OH. Arrangements entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main St., Eaton OH. Condolences may be sent via www.barnesfuneralhome.com
