Charlene Redmond

Charlene Redmond, age 57 formerly of Lewisburg died Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at the Tennova Healthcare in Knoxville, TN. Charlene was born on November 24, 1956 in Lee County, Virginia and has lived in Lewisburg most all of her life moving to Tennessee in 2009. She had worked at Whirlpool in Greenville, OH for many years and was a member of the Lewisburg Missionary Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her mother: Edna (Burton) Taylor and a sister: Dessie Wolfenbarger, Infant Son: Donald G. Redmond in 1974.

Survived by husband of 41 years, Donald "Don" G. Redmond; Children: Michael & Natalie Redmond of Buford, Ga; Carrie & Rob O'Dell of St. Louis, MO and T.J. Redmond of Lewisburg, OH; father: Charles "Bud" Taylor of Washburn, TN; sisters: Bonnie S. Bates of Luttrell, TN; Tammy Wallace and Mary Ann Wynn both of Maynardville, TN and Julie Gibson of Washburn, TN; 4 grandchildren: Sierra Kuhbander, Andrew Redmond, Victoria Redmond and Clover Redmond; special friend: Pauline Conley of Lewisburg, OH.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, December 16, 2013 at the Lewisburg Missionary Baptist Church 608 North Commerce Street Lewisburg, OH with Rev. George Pennington officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Arlington Cemetery Brookville, OH.
