Charlene May Ashworth

Charlene M. Ashworth, age 79, of Greensboro, NC, formerly of Eaton, OH, died on Thursday, January 18, 2018 in Greensboro. Born on August 7, 1938 in Montgomery Co., OH, she was the daughter of the late L. Thurman & Helen L. (Clark) Hawley. She was a 1956 Eaton High School graduate and was a member of the Sedgefield Presbyterian Church in Greensboro where she served as church librarian and member of the choir and women’s circle. 

Survived by her Husband of 58 years: Stanley F. Ashworth; Brother & Sister-in-law: Don & Suzanne Hawley; Sister: Karen Windle; Several Nieces & Nephews. 

Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, OH with Pastor Gerry R. Sadai officiating. Inurnment will be held in Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton. Family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until time of service.
