Carrie C. Limbert

Carrie C. Limbert, age 103 of Lebanon, Ohio and formerly of Lewisburg, Ohio died Friday, February 4, 2005 at the Otterbein Home in Lebanon, Ohio after a short illness. Born on September 15, 1901 in Darke County, Ohio the daughter of the late Abraham & Annie (Troutman) Neff. She moved to Otterbein in 1973 and was a member of the Eastern Star, Lewisburg Garden Club and Lewisburg United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her husband: Norval E. Limbert in 1981; son: Paul Limbert in 2001; brothers: Jennings Neff, Forrest Neff, Robert Neff & Theodore Neff; sister: Glenna Belle Osborn.

Survivors: Daughter & Son-in-law: Phyllis A. & Neal R. Doggett of Lebanon, Ohio; Brothers: Ivan Neff of Arcanum, Ohio and Wilbur Neff of Dayton, Ohio; 6 grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great Great Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at Barnes Funeral Home - 411 North Commerce Street - Lewisburg, Ohio with Rev. Dave O. Justis officiating. Interment will be in Mote Cemetery in Darke County, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 9, 2005 from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
