Carol E. Plankenhorn

Carol E. Plankenhorn, age 70, of New Paris, OH passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her family. Born on January 10, 1950 in Richmond, Indiana, daughter of the late Andrew I. & Josephine (Hornsby) Wysong. Long time member of the Auxiliary of the American Legion, Post 360 in New Paris, OH. Carol was an avid Racing Fan. 

Preceded by Husband, Terry J. “Rat” Plankenhorn in 2005; Sister, Beverly J. Settles in 2012; Brother-in-law, Gayle Settles in 2016. 

Survived by Son and Daughter-in-law: Michael J. and Tonja Plankenhorn; Grandchildren, Megan (Shane) Bellamy, Mandy (Zach Sexton) Plankenhorn and Isaac Plankenhorn; Great Grandchildren, Brayden, Sawyer, and Hudson; Brother and Sister-in-law, Robert & Garnet Wysong; Special Nieces & Nephews; Special Friend, Dot Johnson; fur babies, Poppie & Tessa Mae.
