Bobby Gene Shillingburg

Bobby Gene Shillingburg, age 71 of Lewisburg, Ohio died Wednesday, July 16, 2003 at Hospice of Dayton after a two year illness. Born on October 19, 1931 in Preble County, Ohio, he was the son of the late Warren C. & Ina Iona (Steele) Shillingburg. He was a 1949 graduate of Monroe High School and had been employed with the Ohio Department of Transportation for 31 years. Preceded in death by Wife: Patricia Ann (Bolinger) Shillingburg in July 1996; Brothers: Leon Shillingburg, Carl Shillingburg and Dale Shillingburg. Sister: Esther Todd.

Survived by Daughters & Sons-In-Law: Kelly L. & Mike L. Woofter of Eaton, Ohio; Patty J. & Jerry Fourman of Lewisburg, Ohio; Sons & Daughters-In-Law: Warren C. & Marianne Shillingburg of Gurnee, IL and Gary L. & Marjorie M. Shillingburg of Lewisburg, Ohio. Twin Sister: Betty J. (Jack) Cobb of Eaton, Ohio; Brother: Dean (Lydia) Shillingburg of Lewisburg, Ohio; 6 Grandchildren: Kara Woofter, Garett Shillingburg, Todd Woofter, Jason Shillingburg, Natasha Gulley and Dane Shillingburg. One Great Grandson: Peyton L. Shillingburg.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2003 - 11:00 A.M. at Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, Ohio. Arrangements entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home - 411 North Commerce Street - Lewisburg, Ohio.
