Betty Jean Noble, 84, of Eaton, Ohio, died Thursday, June 24, 2010 in Eaton, OH. Born on February 2, 1926 in Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Walter & Mable (Maurice) Shilts. Betty had formerly lived in New Paris and Verona, Ohio.

Preceded in death by her husband: Clyde Noble in 2001; Grandson: Clifford Noble; Sons: Clyde Noble, Jr. in 2003, Garrie Noble in 2005 and Kenneth Noble. Brothers: Robert Shilts and Gayle Shilts.

Survived by Daughter & Son-In-Law: Shirley & Chuck Weldy of Eaton, OH; Sons & Daughters-In-Law: Ronald & Lisa Noble of Englewood, OH and Richard & Rebecca Noble of Waynesville, OH; grandchildren: Julianna (William) Barnes; Garrie Michael Noble; Bryan (Tracy) Noble; Jessica (Oscar) Jarrell; April Noble; Amy Noble, Michael Noble; Charles (Tomalena) Noble; Timothy Noble and Joy Eyler; great grandchildren: Audrianna and Abbigail Barnes; Garrie Michael Noble III; Blake Noble; Cassidy Noble; Jacob Noble; Ashley Noble; Oscar Jarrell, Jr; Chester Morre, Carrie Morre, Tyler Jarrell and James Jarrell, Clyde Noble, Charles Noble Jr; Carter Noble; Justin Eyler; Haylee Eyler and Marcella Eyler and her devoted cat: Tom-Tom.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday – June 29, 2010 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Doug Townsend officiating. Interment will be in Springlawn Cemetery in New Paris, OH. Family will receive friends on Tuesday – June 29, 2010 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
