Bernice E. Ballard

Bernice E. Ballard, 66, of Lewisburg, OH, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 1, 2016. Born on March 11, 1949 in Dayton, OH, she was the daughter of the late Jack & Ruth (Carmel) Kuntz. Bernice was a homemaker and member of the House of Faith Church in Dayton, OH. Preceded in death by son, Donnie Ballard.

Survived by husband of 49 years: William E. "Bill" Ballard; children, Bill (Jill) Ballard of Celina, OH, Michael Ballard of Troy, OH, Paul Ballard of Lewisburg, OH and Christina (Ken) Collier of Brookville, OH; grandchildren, Jeremy, Lauren, Morgan, Mark, Dylan, Isaiah, Kaitlyn, Kenny, Angel and Naomi; sisters, Jacqueline (Ralph) White of Wilmington, OH and Debbie Anders of Phoenix, AZ; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Graveside service will be held 1:00 P.M. on Friday, March 4, 2016 in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, OH with Pastor Michael Severt officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home - Lewisburg, OH.
