Amanda J Cox

Amanda J. Cox, 71 of West Milton, Ohio and formerly of Eaton, Ohio died suddenly on Friday, November 25, 2022. Born on September 5, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio, daughter of the late Carl & Eula Mae (Ison) Fugate. She was a 1970 graduate of Twin Valley South High School in West Alexandria, Ohio.

In-home health care worker in Kentucky and then an EMT in West Alexandria, Ohio for a few years. She was a full-time mom and a loving grandmother.

Preceded by her sisters, Barbara Gail Arnold, Linda Sue Sizemore, and Anna Ruth Wallace

Survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Shawna & Craig A. Burns; son, David F. Cox; brother, Carl H. Fugate; grandsons, Craig Alan (Taylor Anne) Burns, Jr and Colton Riley Burns; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, December 2, 2022 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio.
