Alice L. Brower

Alice L. Brower, age 99 of Lewisburg, OH, died Wednesday, December 25, 2013 at Heartland of Eaton. Born on January 10, 1914 in Clinton County, OH, she was the daughter of the late Roy C. & Henrietta (Rosenberger) Smith. Alice retired in 1979 from Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. She has lived in Preble County since 1946 and was a member of the Interdenominational Methodist Church in Clinton County.

Preceded in death by her Husband: Charles E. Brower in 1982; Sister: Bessie Helen Snyder; Brothers: Raymond, Lester and Roy Smith.

Survivors include Son: Les (Thelma) Brower, Lewisburg; Daughters: Betty I. Cooper, Brookville, OH and Pattie Stuart, Englewood, FL; 6 grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great Great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be at 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH with Rev. David O. Justis officiating. Interment will be held in Preble Memory Gardens near West Alexandria. Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
