Mindy S. Robbins

Melinda S. “Mindy” Robbins, age 67, of Avon Park, Florida and formerly of Lewisburg & Eaton, Ohio died Monday, September 14, 2026. Born on January 16, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Charles Lee & Norma Lee (Maggard) Brower.

Mindy was a 1977 graduate of Twin Valley North High School. She served as the Preble County Auditor for many years. Member and past President of the Preble County Republican Ladies Association.

Preceded in death by her husband of over 40 years, Richard S. Robbins in 2021.

Survived by her son: Scott Robbins of OK; Granddaughter: Mia Robbins; sister: Cindy (Bryan) Statzer of Lewisburg, OH; brothers: Buddy Brower and Bryan Brower both of Arcanum, OH; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg Ohio. Graveside services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Clifton Union Cemetery 4309 Tanyard Road Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387.
