Ruth I. Holman

Ruth I. (Lincoln) Holman, age 95, of Dayton, Ohio died Monday, September 5, 2005 at Friendship Village in Dayton, Ohio. Born on November 7, 1909 in Eaton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Lurton & Myrtle M. (Straw) Lincoln. She graduated in 1925 from Englewood High School and worked for Elder Department Store for 16 years. Member of the United Brethren Church. Preceded in death by husband: Forrest E. Holman in 2000; brother: Russell L. Lincoln in 1972; sister: Treva E. Ver in 2000.

Survived by nephews: Stephen Ver of Columbus, Ohio, Richard Lincoln of Kettering, Ohio, James R. Lincoln of Vandalia, Ohio, and Ronald Lincoln of Dayton, Ohio; nieces: Sharon Samson of Dayton, Ohio, Kathleen Lincoln of Dayton, Ohio, and Carol Mancini of Kettering, Ohio.
