Ronald L. Gunter

RONALD L. GUNTER, age 62, of Eaton, (Lakengren) Ohio, died Sunday, November 21, 2004 at his residence. Born on November 27, 1941 in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of the late William A. & Susan (Smith) Gunter. He graduated from Trotwood High School in 1959, attended Earlham College, and received a Master’s Degree in Counseling from North American Baptist Seminary in South Dakota. He retired in 2002 as owner of G. H. Construction in Preble County, Ohio. He was a member, minister, and counselor at Abundant Heart in Christ of Eaton, Ohio. Preceded in death by brother: Robert Gunter in 2002.<br><br>Survivors include former wife: Pamela Warner of Arcanum, Ohio; sons & daughter-in-law: Joshua W. Gunter of Eaton, Ohio, Justin C. Gunter & Heather Tompkins of Northfield, Minnesota, and Jordan L. Gunter of Eaton, Ohio; daughter & son-in-law: Jennifer S. Gunter & Jacob Wan of Canada; brother & sister-in-law: William A. & Barbara Gunter, Jr. of Brookville, Ohio; sister-in-law: Jeweldine Gunter of Trotwood, Ohio.<br><br>Funeral Service will be held at Abundant Heart in Christ - 150 Industrial Drive - Eaton, Ohio 45320 on Wednesday, November 24, 2004 - 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Ray Sowder officiating. Family will receive friends following the service at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
