Phyllis Ann Niederhelman, 64, of Richmond, IN, died Monday, October 20, 2014 in Richmond. She was born on October 30, 1949 in Marion, OH.

Preceded in death by her Father: Albert John Barzacchini in 2012 and a Sister: Mary Elizabeth Barzacchini in 1951.

She was a member of the Calvary United Pentecostal Church in Richmond.

Survived by her Husband of 37 years: Charles E. Niederhelman; Mother: Mildred (Evans) Barzacchini, Richmond, IN; Daughter: Carissa (John) Parker, Richmond, IN; Son: Matthew Niederhelman, Richmond, IN; Sister: Kathryn Barzacchini, Cincinnati, OH; Brothers: Kenneth (Connie) Barzacchini, Perdido Key, FL, Michael (Susan) Barzacchini, East Dundee, IL.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, October 24, 2014 at Barnes Funeral Home, 109 West Main St., New Paris, OH with Pastor Ben Smith officiating. Interment will be held in Preble Memory Gardens, West Alexandria, OH. Family will receive friends on Friday, October 24, 2014 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
