Lucille Devine Toschlog

Lucille DeVine (Nocton) Toschlog, age 85 of New Paris, Ohio died Saturday, June 23, 2007 at Vancrest Health Care Center in Eaton, Ohio. Born on September 19, 1921 in Webster, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Michael J. & Elizabeth (Mitchell) Nocton. She graduated from Boston High School in 1939. Lucille and her husband owned and operated a dairy farm in New Paris for many years. She was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church and St. Ann’s Altar Sodality in New Paris, Ohio.
Preceded in death by husband of 54 years: Clement G. Toschlog in 2000; grandson: Greg Toschlog in 1972; brothers: Malcolm Nocton and Lawrence “Larry” Nocton.

Survivors include daughter: Patricia Toschlog-Zadik of New Paris, Ohio; sons & daughters-in-law: Jim & Juliet Toschlog of New Paris, Ohio, Gene & Pam Toschlog of Richmond, Indiana, Dale & Liz Toschlog and John & Laura Toschlog both of New Paris, Ohio; brother & sister-in-law: Robert & Ruth Nocton of Williamsburg, Indiana; sister & brother-in-law: Frances & Gilbert Woolworth of Florida; grandchildren: Joseph & Jill Zadik, Lindsey, David (Julie), Doug (Lori), Scott (Stephanie), Terry, Kimberly, Shawn (Heather), Stephanie, Michael (Julie), and Emma Toschlog; great grandchildren: Emily, Tyler, Ryan, Darin, Austin, and Brian Toschlog; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at St. John’s Catholic Church in New Paris, Ohio with Rev. Thomas Fitzsimmons officiating. Interment will be held in Springlawn Cemetery in New Paris, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Monday, June 25, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary service to follow at Barnes Funeral Home - 109 West Main Street - New Paris, Ohio.
