Jessie L. Mcdaniel

JESSIE L. McDANIEL, age 85 of Lewisburg, Ohio died Friday, April 1, 2005 at Hospice of Dayton. Born on October 2, 1919 in Sullivan County, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Clifford Ray & Eva (Gregg) McGarvey. She retired from Lazarus at the Salem Mall, a 1937 Hymera High School graduate in Hymera, Indiana and was a member of the Lewisburg United Methodist Church and past member of the Eastern Star #155 of Farmersville, Ohio. Preceded in death by Husband: Walter “Rocky” McDaniel in 1988; Brother: Norman McGarvey in 1981; Sister: Iawese A. Petrakos in 2003.

Survived by Daughter & Son-in-law: Gloria R. & Ernest McGee; Son & Daughter-in-law: Gary R. & Jackie McDaniel, all of Lewisburg, Ohio; Brother & Sister-in-law: Nolan & Pauline McGarvey, Van Wert, Ohio; 4 Grandchildren: Shannon H. Lamb of Tennessee, Michelle L. McDaniel of Beavercreek, Ohio, Jeremy B. McGee of Oklahoma and Ashley D. McDaniel of Lewisburg, Ohio, 3 Great Grandchildren: Layna Eaton and Damien Reeder, both of Tennessee, Kamryn Warner of Lewisburg, Ohio. Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2005 - 1:00 p.m. (Ohio Time) at the Lewisburg United Methodist Church - 200 West Dayton Street - Lewisburg, Ohio with Rev. Michael Pratt officiating. Interment will be held in Royal Oak Memorial Gardens - Brookville, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Monday, April 4, 2005 from 4 - 7 p.m. (Ohio time) at the Barnes Funeral Home - 411 North Commerce Street - Lewisburg, Ohio.
