Gene F. Rarick

Gene F. Rarick, 82, of Dayton, OH, died Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Kettering Medical Center, Kettering, OH. Born on March 21, 1932 in North Star, OH, he was the son of the late Wilbert C. & Josephine M. (Mangen) Rarick. He retired in 1992 after 32 years of service with Delco Products in Dayton and Kettering. A Verona High School graduate, U.S. Navy veteran (1954-1956) and was member of the 25 Year Club at Delco. Preceded in death by his Sister: Patty Lou Poland in 2005.

Survivors include his Wife of 40 years: Beulah A. (Rheinscheld) Rarick; Brother: Glen (Jeanie) Rarick, Brookville, OH; Nieces & Nephews: Joyce (Sam) Condy, Vandalia, OH, Chuck (Michelle) Poland, Vandalia, OH, Penny (Tom) Smith, Mooresville, NC, Don (Sue) Rarick, Englewood, OH, Jill Rarick & Sandy Collins, Vandalia, OH, Jon (Lynette) Rarick, Centerville, OH; Numerous great nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH with Pastor Scott VanDyke officiating. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at the funeral home.
