E. Faye Farmer

E. FAYE FARMER, 80, of New Paris, Ohio, died Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. Faye was born in Insull, Kentucky on May 21, 1931, daughter of the late Tildon Virgil and Eva Mae (Moore) Berry. She retired in 1990 from Target in Richmond where she was a telephone operator for 16 years. Faye was a waitress at the State Line Truck Stop for 8 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church in New Paris.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Farmer, Jr. in 1992; brother, Dennis Berry in 1974 and great granddaughter, Jenna Lynn Frey in 2001.

Faye is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Virgil & Carolyn Farmer and Michael Dwayne & Mildred Farmer both of Fountain City, Indiana and �Smokey� Lanny Ray & Jackie Farmer of Richmond; daughters and sons-in-law, Junetta Faye Farmer of New Paris, Regenia Lynn & Donald Yeater of Upper Sandusky, Ohio and Penny Darlene Preston of Fountain City, Indiana; sisters and brothers-in-law, Beulah Mae Lewis of Oxford, Ohio, Norma Jean & Nate McCashland of Yorktown, Indiana, Brenda Joyce & Tom Hart and Sharon Kay Dillon both of Liberty, Indiana; 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren and one on the way; nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, June 17, 2011 at Barnes Funeral Home, 109 West Main Street, New Paris, Ohio 45347 with Rev. Samuel Smith officiating. Interment will be held in Spring Lawn Cemetery, New Paris, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
