Constance M. Christian

CONSTANCE M. “Connie” CHRISTIAN, age 50 of Camden, Ohio died Friday, April 1, 2005 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. Born on November 4, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio. She was a teacher for the Preble County Schools. A 1973 Eaton High School graduate and graduate of Miami University with a Masters Degree in Special Education. She had taught in Richmond, Indiana and Third Street School in West Alexandria, Ohio. She had also worked for Dayton Flex in Eaton. Member of American Legion and VFW Aux, Eagles Lodge #2202 and DAR, all of Eaton. She was active in the Girl Scouts in Eaton and was a Girl Scout Leader in the Camden area. Preceded in death by her father: Thomas W. Tipton.

Survived by Husband of 18 years: Gary L. Christian; Daughter: Jessica A. Christian, Camden, Ohio; Mother: Neveda L. (Thompson) Tipton, Eaton, Ohio; Brother & Sister-in-law: Wayne E. & Beverly Tipton, Hamilton, Ohio; Niece: Christina (Eric) Kiracofe, Eaton, Ohio; Great Nephew: Andrew Kiracofe, Eaton, Ohio.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2005 - 5:30 p.m. (Ohio Time) at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main Street - Eaton, Ohio with Pastor Greg F. Jackson officiating. Interment will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2005 - 11:00 a.m. (Ohio Time) in Fairview Cemetery in West Alexandria, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 5, 2005 from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. Ohio Time) at the funeral home.
