Carol Corwin

Carol Corwin, age 83, of New Paris, Ohio passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, July 14, 2021.  Born on May 23, 1938 in Covington, Kentucky, daughter of the late Hugh Boyd & Thelma Blanche (Clement) Clark. 

She graduated from Colerain High School in 1956.  Carol had worked at State Line Truck Stop in the permit office and then had worked for the Jackson Township Trustees in Preble County for 20 years and retired in 2015.  

Carol enjoyed Family & Friend Gatherings, Playing Cards, Garage Sales, and taking care of her Flowers. 

Preceded by Brothers, Bill Clark and Bob Clark; Sister, Blanche Fisher. 

Survived by her Husband of 63 years, Carl Corwin; Son, Todd (Pam) Corwin; Daughter, Dana Kovach, Grandchildren, Marc (Amanda) Corwin, Garrett (Christie) Corwin, Cory (Stephanie) Kovach and Tasha (Casey) Kauffman; Great Grandchildren, Kinley, Dylan, Murphy, Delcie, and Kason. 

As per her wishes, her urn will be buried at the family plot. 

Graveside Services will be held at 12:00 PM, Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Preble Memorial Gardens, 3377 US Route 35 East, West Alexandria, Ohio with Pastor Stan VanAusdal officiating.   Arrangements entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home, 109 W.
