Arthur J. Heindl, Jr.

Arthur J. Heindl, Jr. 86 of Eaton, Ohio, passed away Sunday morning; June 29, 2014 at his residence. Born on March 8, 1928 in Dayton, OH he was the son of the late Arthur J. Sr. & Helen R. (Roderer) Heindl. Arthur retired in 1979 after 33 years of service with Harrison Radiator General Motors in Dayton, OH as a Part Inspector. He was a member of Visitation Catholic Church in Eaton and the Dayton Family Campers. Preceded in death by his sister: Frances L. Lock.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years: Lucille A. (Wysong) Heindl; son & daughter-in-law: David E. & Wanda A. Heindl of West Alexandria, OH; daughters & sons-in-law: Anita M. & Gary Likens of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Karen S. & Randy Martin of Thousand Oaks, California; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 3, 2014 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 PM at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 E. Main St., Eaton, Ohio. The funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Lowell T. Spencer officiating. Interment will be held at Sugar Grove Cemetery in West Alexandria, Ohio.
