Obituary for Norma Lee Shively

Norma Lee Shively, 82, formerly of Eaton, OH, died Friday, October 27, 2017 at her daughter’s residence in New Paris, OH. Norma was born on December 7, 1934 in Richmond, Indiana the daughter of the late Thermal F. & Marie Catherine (Hanson) Johnson. She has lived in Preble County all her life and was a member of the Pentecostal Church of Greensfork, IN. Preceded in death by her husband Franklin LeRoy Shively in 1988; brothers: Thurman D. Johnson in 1989 and Paul F. Johnson in 1942; sister: Patricia Compton. Survived by Daughter & son-in-law: Johanna L. & Jim Robinson of New Paris, OH; Sons & daughters-in-law: Franklin LeRoy & Barbara Shively, Jr. of West Manchester, OH and Owen Henry & Roberta Shively of Greenville, OH; Sisters: Delores Madison and Joyce Hardin both of Eaton, Ohio; 3 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, OH. The funeral service will be 12:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Louie Burkhart officiating. Interment will be in Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton.
