Obituary for Nancy J. Ashworth

Nancy J. Ashworth, 77, of Eaton, OH died Sunday, May 27, 2018 at her residence. Born on February 26, 1941 near Eaton, OH, she was the daughter of the late Leonard C. & Frances M. (Walker) Buriff. Nancy was a clerk for Kramer & Kramer Auctioneers & Realtors. A 1959 Dixon-Israel High School graduate, member of Sugar Valley Methodist Church and had worked for Miami University in Oxford in Food Service and served as a part time Teachers Aid & Secretary. Part owner and operator of Kincaid Pines, volunteer at the Once Around Shop and Preble County Food Bank. Sang in the Eaton Community Choir. 

Survived by her Husband of 53 Years: Robert R. Ashworth; Children: Mark (Tara) Ashworth, David (Lisa) Ashworth and Susan (John) Wilt; Brothers: Charles R. (Margie) Buriff and Donald S. (Karen) Buriff; 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.  

Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Sugar Valley Methodist Church, 3022 Camden Sugar Valley Road, Eaton, OH with Pastor Gerry Sadai officiating. A reception will follow in the parish hall after the service. Arrangements Entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home, Eaton, OH.  Inurnment will be held at Mound Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
